Zakres tematyczny studiów obejmuje zagadnienia związanie z przywództwem, tworzeniem i zarządzaniem zespołami, rozwiązywaniem problemów w sytuacjach kryzysowych, zarządzaniem czasem, komunikacją i negocjacjami w oparciu o psychologiczne mechanizmy przywództwa.

Studia adresowane są do menedżerów i liderów zespołów oraz wszystkich osób, które chcą doskonalić swoje kompetencje w zakresie psychologii przywództwa, aby lepiej zarządzać sobą, zespołami i organizacjami w świecie pełnym wyzwań.
