Zakres tematyczny

W ramach programu studiów uczestnicy zapoznają się z językiem drabinkowym i tekstem strukturalnym stosowanymi do programowania sterowników PLC firmy, Siemens (S7 300, S1200, S1500), Bernecker&Reiner oraz Eaton-Moeller. W programie przewidziano również programowanie dotykowych paneli przemysłowych. Ważnym elementem zajęć są projektowanie i programowanie sterowników mikroprocesorowych oraz tworzenie schematów elektrycznych w programie EPLAN. Następnie zostanie omówione zaawansowane programowanie i uruchomienie nowoczesnej linii produkcyjnej dostępnej w nowo powstałym laboratorium Industry 4.0 z zastosowaniem sieci przemysłowych Profinet i Powerlink. Systemy sterowania nadrzędnego i akwizycji danych (SCADA) zostaną omówione na przykładzie pakietu InTouch. Podczas zajęć przewidziano również kurs z elementów i układów pneumatycznych i hydraulicznych, systemów bezpieczeństwa oraz zastosowanie systemów wizyjnych i serwonapędów w przemyśle.

Do kogo adresowane są studia podyplomowe

Studia przeznaczone są dla inżynierów chcących poznać budowę, działanie oraz zastosowania przemysłowych sterowników PLC. Główny nacisk położony jest na programowanie rzeczywistych stanowisk, co ułatwi absolwentom studiów lepsze wykorzystanie sterowników w praktyce inżynierskiej. Oprócz sterowników przemysłowych program studiów obejmuje elementy, układy i systemy, które mogą współpracować ze sterownikami, w szczególności: systemy wizyjne, systemy kontrolno-pomiarowe, serwonapędy elektryczne oraz mechaniczne elementy i układy automatyki (z uwzględnieniem elementów elektrohydraulicznych i elektropneumatycznych). Uczestnik powinien znać podstawy elektroniki, układów przełączających (algebrę Boola) oraz informatyki. Ponadto powinien posiadać umiejętność posługiwania się komputerem.
