Zakres tematyczny
Program studiów obejmuje przedmioty powiązane w 5 grup tematycznych. Są to: podstawy wiedzy z prawa (prawo rzeczowe, prawo zobowiązań, prawo i postępowanie administracyjne, ochrona danych osobowych), niezbędne podstawy ekonomii (m.in. elementy: planowania i kal-kulacji kosztów, finansów i bakowości, analizy finansowo-ekonomicznej, rachunkowości oraz eko-nomiczne podstawy rynku nieruchomości), podstawy wiedzy technicznej (podstawy budownic-twa, przeglądy techniczne i remonty, podstawy kosztorysowania oraz ocena ekonomicznej efek-tywności inwestycji), przedmioty rozwijające umiejętności interdyscyplinarne (m.in. elementy podejmowania decyzji, matematyka finansowa, zarządzanie projektem, etyka zawodowa) i naj-ważniejsza grupa zagadnień bezpośrednio związana z zrządzaniem nieruchomościami (m.in. wprowadzenie do problematyki zarządzania nieruchomościami, plan zarządzania nieruchomością, procedury w zarządzaniu nieruchomościami, zarządzanie nieruchomościami wspólnot mieszka-niowych, nieruchomościami biurowymi, centrów handlowych i mieszanymi).

Studia Zarządzanie nieruchomościami przeznaczone są dla osób aktualnie lub potencjalnie wy-konujących zawód administratora nieruchomości, kadry kierowniczej i dla specjalistów, którzy pracują w innych instytucjach gospodarujących nieruchomościami. Studia przygotowują do zawodu osoby, które zamierzają dopiero podjąć pracę w tym sektorze.
