Aktualizacja oraz przekazanie wiedzy oraz umiejętności z zakresu zarządzania, marketingu i organizacji w przemyśle naftowym i gazowniczym, m.in. w zakresie kierowania zespołami ludzkimi, marketingu, systemów zarządzania jakością, prawa gospodarczego, zarządzania finansami, rachunkowości zarządczej, oceny inwestycji, analizie ryzyka, ekonometrii, technik negocjacyjnych czy zastosowania informatyki w zarządzaniu.
