Employer Branding
Zakres tematyczny
Celem studiów jest zdobycie przez uczestników wiedzy oraz umiejętności praktycznych z zakresu employer brandingu. Szczególny nacisk zostanie położony na następujące pola tematyczne:
- Internal branding i external branding – jak zaprojektować, wdrożyć i zmierzyć strategię employer branding oraz efektywnie zarządzać marką pracodawcy wewnątrz i na zewnątrz organizacji.
- Candidate experience – jak tworzyć wyjątkowe doświadczenia kandydatów z marką pracodawcy przed, w trakcie i po zakończeniu procesu rekrutacji.
- E-rekrutacja i social media – jak wykorzystywać serwisy typu Facebook LinkedIn i inne platformy społecznościowe w działaniach rekrutacyjnych i wizerunkowych.
- Strony kariery, filmy rekrutacyjne i mobile HR – jak skutecznie projektować tradycyjne oraz internetowe i mobilne materiały wizerunkowe dla kandydatów.
- Wizerunek wnętrza – jak zaprojektować przestrzeń biurową przyjazną pracownikom.

Adresatem studiów podyplomowych są osoby zainteresowane tematyką employer brandingu, a szczególnie aktualni i przyszli pracownicy działów HR, PR i marketingu oraz firm rekrutacyjnych i doradczych, którzy chcą podnieść swoje kwalifikacje i zdobyć wiedzę z zakresu nowoczesnych narzędzi, najświeższych trendów, badań i najlepszych praktyk zarządzania marką pracodawcy i przyciągania najlepszych kandydatów z rynku. Studia kierujemy także do wszystkich osób, które chcą pracować jako eksperci w firmach rekrutacyjnych, konsultingowych i marketingowych lub też myślą o prowadzeniu własnej działalności z zakresu employer brandingu.
