Metallurgy
Program kierunku Metalurgia zaczynając od roku akademickiego 2019-2020 został gruntownie zmodernizowany zgodnie ze światowymi trendami w dziedzinie wytwarzania wyrobów metalowych przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu w podstawowym stopniu tradycyjnych przedmiotów kształcących znakomitego inżyniera metalurga o mocnej wiedzy bazowej. Absolwenci kierunku Metalurgia posiadają umiejętności posługiwania się wiedzą z zakresu: metalurgii ekstrakcyjnej, przeróbki plastycznej metali i stopów, nauki o materiałach, wytwarzania przyrostowego wyrobów metalowych, recyklingu metali, utylizacji odpadów technologicznych, techniki cieplnej, informatyki, podstaw automatyki oraz ekologii. Opanowanie efektów uczenia oferty programowej pozwoli na bezproblemowe zatrudnienie w branży związanej bezpośrednio i pośrednio z kierunkiem Metalurgia, lub też pozwoli na podjęcie studiów drugiego stopnia.
